First olive oil Cafayate.

We make the first extra virgin olive oils of Cafayate with the Arbequina, Manzanilla and Arauco varieties extracted directly from the olive tree at the time of veraison. Most of the olive trees were planted 25 years ago but there are some old trees of 150 years old and they are located at 1.750 meters above sea level.
