ROSA ROSA
This is a blend of 85% Malbec and 15% Cabernet Franc. The grapes come from our Finca Rio Seco and were harvested during the first week of March for the Malbec and the third week for the Cabernet Franc.
Whole bunches were pressed at low temperature, and after fermentation at low temperature the wine was worked on lees for 3 months, seeking a delicate, onion skin color with aromas of red fruits and white flowers.
